BUENOS AIRES KENNEL CONTRACT
The undersigned Buyer, _______________________, and Seller do hereby agree to the following terms and conditions on the purchase of a UKC/AKC registered AMERICAN PIT BULL TERRIER/STAFFORDSHIRE TERRIER SHOW QUALITY/PET and/or BREEDING QUALITY dog by law.
1. The buyer is to pay a $300.00 non-refundable deposit on the pup. Should the Buyer decide not to purchase the pup, the deposit will be forfeited or transferable to any other litter
2. The total purchase price of the puppy/dog will be $_________ SHOW/PET.(depending on the litter or puppy pick of your choice)less the non-refundable deposit of $__________ .The balance is due on or before delivery of the puppy/dog.Shipping charges,crate ,health certificate & travel are additional.Additional charges $_______________________

3. The UKC/AKC registered name of the pup will be BUENOS AIRES******* Under no circumstances shall the name ever be changed on the UKC/AKC registration certificate. Subsequent owners must also agree to this entire Purchase Agreement and sign their acceptance.
4. Should Buyer decide that he/she no longer wants the pup/dog, they must first offer it back to the Seller at 50% purchase price before he can sell it to another party and must be in writing.
5. Buyer will notify Seller on an at least bi-monthly basis as to the pup/dog's condition, provide current photo to Seller, and advise, in writing, of new address should Buyer relocate.
6. Buyer agrees to show the pup/dog at UKC/AKC licensed shows when there are shows available in the area until they earn their championship title.
The puppy/dog shall be of _____________________quality determined as the Seller
A) Show prospect: Is defined as a puppy/dog that has the potential to be show and titled in the conformation ring.
Said puppy/dog will be free of disqualifying faults at maturity at determined by the breed standard by any known genetic faults at the time of sell.Maturity is the period from(6)months of age until the dog becomes a Champion of record or(2)years of age, which ever comes first
B)Breeding Prospect: Is defined as a puppy/dog that has the potential to develop sufficient merit so that,while it may not titled it will have no known genetic fault at the time of sell that would preclude breeding to a like or better dog.Breeding for a male is not prior 18 month or earned his title of Championship,Females not prior to dogs 2nd heat cicle
C)Pet Quality:is defined as a puppy/dog that has a disqualifying fault or other shortcoming that precludes showing and or breeding.
Said fault will not prevent the puppy/dog from living an otherwise normal or healthy life.
7. Buyer agrees to socialize the pup/dog and keep it in a good healthy condition, and to feed it a good quality food.
7A) Because of the variety and quality of dogs foods available(and all canine illness are not covered by vaccination), we require that all Buenos Aires Kennel dogs be kept on “Nu Vet Plus Canine”.This Nutritional Supplement is only available through breeder recomndation. You will be instructed concerning this when you take possession of your puppy. You are expected to have this on hand before live our kennel. The order line phone number line is: 1-800-474-7044. Your order code is #54619. The order line hours are 8AM to 6PM Pacific Time, Nu Vet Labs send us a monthly report on which Buenos Aires dogs are been supplemented with Nu Vet Plus Canine
8. Under no circumstances is Buyer ever to fight, roll or face off pup/dog with any other animal or dog. If I feel the dog is being mistreated or uncared for it will be reposed at the buyers cost.
9. Seller shall have the right to use the pup/dog for stud service at any time. Stud service will be advertised on the sellers website. No compensation shall be paid to Buyer/Owner for service of sellers female dogs. If Seller arranges for the dog to be used for stud by a third party.
Seller will be compensated 50% of stud fee collected by Buyer. Buyer/Owner will give signed service agreement to Seller at the time of breeding. If dog is sold subsequent owners must agree to and sign a copy of Seller's contract retaining stud rights to Seller. Seller retains all copyrights to any photos of the dog.
10. Seller agrees to replace the pup/dog if it should have a major genetic fault, (bite-hips-heart), until it is 15 months old, provided that pup/dog is returned alive and in good condition to the Seller with a statement from a licensed veterinarian stating the problem. The problem/fault cannot be due to nutrition, improper exercise, fighting or bad care or unproved genetic fault.
10-A)BUENOS AIRES KENNELS prefers that these dogs not be bred before the age of two years old, allowing time for OFA or Penn-Hip, and all medical testing to be completed by new owner.
Females may never be bred before their second heat and/or before 2 years of age which ever occurs first.
Females may only have a maximum of four litters, and not be bred over the age of seven years.
11. Should Buyer break this agreement in any way, ownership of the pup/dog reverts back to Seller UKC/AKC will be notified and papers will be revoked from buyer. At Seller's option I may confiscate the pup/dog immediately and without any compensation due to Buyer.
12. The undersigned Buyer and Seller acknowledge that this is a legal and
binding contract and have received a signed copy. THE UNDERSIGNED BUYER AND
SELLER DO HEREBY ACCEPT THIS AGREEMENT TO PURCHASE ON THIS _________ DAY OF

Most Puppies are shipped from Fort Lauderdale International Airport
NOTE: Shipping requieres an official Health Certificate issued by a licensed veterinarian within 10 days of shipping
US Airways and Delta has flights from
Ft.Lauderdale International Airport to most major airports. Counter to Counter Service and Cargo,
all pups are hand carried to the planes. I will use this before any other
airlines
